Content Policy

PARTYCAM is a community that is run and populated by you, the PARTYCAM users.
In this community, you can share your videos, request / contribute to videos, unlock videos, comment on videos and connect with other users.
PARTYCAM is intended as a helpful tool for you to plan your night and inform your decisions. Everyone on PARTYCAM should have an expectation of privacy and safety, so please respect the privacy and safety of others.
Content on PARTYCAM is defined by its users. Some of these users help manage the community as moderators.
Rules
Rule 1
Remember the human. PARTYCAM is a place for creating community and belonging, not for attacking marginalized or vulnerable groups of people. Everyone has a right to use PARTYCAM free of harassment, bullying, and threats of violence. Users that incite violence or that promote hate based on identity or vulnerability will be banned.
Rule 2
Post authentic content and do not cheat or engage in content manipulation (including spamming, selecting a different location from where the video was recorded, doctoring videos, manipulating file meta data, ban evasion, or subscriber fraud) or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the PARTYCAM community.
Rule 3
Respect the privacy of others. Instigating harassment, for example by revealing someone’s personal or confidential information, is not allowed. Never post or threaten to post intimate or sexually-explicit media of someone without their consent.
Rule 4
Do not post or encourage the posting of sexual or suggestive content involving minors.
Rule 5
Videos uploaded to PARTYCAM may not include NSFW (“Not Safe for Work”) content. This means content that contains nudity, pornography or sexually suggestive content, or graphic violence, which a reasonable viewer may not want to be seen accessing in a public or formal setting such as a workplace.
Rule 6
Videos uploaded to PARTYCAM may not contain activities that are illegal, or that pose unreasonable risk of bodily harm to the recording user or people recorded in the video and other bystanders. Please note that this includes (but is not limited to) recording while operating a vehicle and the illegal use of substances.
Rule 7
You don’t have to use your real name to use PARTYCAM, but don’t impersonate an individual or an entity in a misleading or deceptive manner.
Rule 8
Keep it legal, and avoid posting illegal content or soliciting or facilitating illegal or prohibited transactions.
Rule 9
Don't break the site or do anything that interferes with normal use of the site. Do not interrupt the serving of PARTYCAM, introduce malicious code onto PARTYCAM, make it difficult for anyone else to use PARTYCAM due to your actions, block ads / sponsored content, circumvent unlocking to access paid content, create programs that violate any of our other API rules, or assist anyone in misusing PARTYCAM in any way.

- Asking you less nicely
- Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts
- Removal of privileges from, or adding restrictions to, accounts
- Adding restrictions to content
